Operation essentials and common troubleshooting of wheat precision seeder

1 operation essentials

(1) before operation, the wheat precision seeder shall be comprehensively inspected, maintained and adjusted. After trial operation, all machinery can be put into operation after normal operation

(2) during operation, after confirming the sowing plot and selecting varieties that meet the agronomic requirements, adjust the accurate sowing amount, including the total amount and the sowing amount of each row, and determine the sowing depth. During the operation of some general machinery and equipment for fluid and solid transportation, separation, crushing, grinding and drying, it is necessary to check the accuracy of seed metering at any time and solve problems in time

(3) the tractor shall run in a straight line and operate at a constant speed. The maximum speed shall not exceed the performance index of the precision seeder. During the operation, try to avoid stopping the machine to prevent the accumulation of seeds and ensure the accurate sowing rate and uniform grain spacing. It is not allowed to stop the vehicle. When starting again, it should be connected well before sowing to avoid missing sowing. The seeds shall be added after parking at the end of the field, and shall not be added until the seeds are sown

(4) do not reverse or turn sharply during operation. The precision seeder must be raised when the ground is idling, turning and reversing. At the beginning of operation, the precision seeder shall be lowered slowly to avoid damaging the ditcher and blocking the lower seed opening

(5) regularly check the working condition of the seed metering device, whether the seed delivery pipe is blocked, the depth of the ditcher into the soil, whether the lower seed opening is blocked, whether the soil covering is tight, whether the transmission is normal, etc., and timely handle any problems found

(6) when changing wheat varieties, thoroughly clean up the seeds left in the seed box, seed metering device and other parts to prevent varieties from mixing

(7) each operation shift shall be checked and maintained. Clean the soil around the precision seeder, and pay special attention to the removal of soil and weeds at the transmission mechanism, ditcher and other parts; Check the firmness of each connection. If any loose parts are found, they shall be firmed in time, and the missing parts shall be complete; Fill each lubricating point with oil

2 common troubleshooting methods

(1) the whole seed metering device does not discharge seeds. There are no seeds in the seed box; The transmission mechanism does not work; The drive roller does not rotate. Seeds shall be added; Overhaul and adjust the transmission mechanism; Eliminate the driving wheel sliding factor

(2) the single seed metering device does not discharge seeds. The clamp and key pin of the seed metering wheel are loose and do not rotate; The seed tube or lower seed opening is blocked. It should be emphasized that the microcomputer controlled hydraulic universal testing machine should check the new solid seed metering wheel of the measurement and control software; Check the seed delivery pipe and lower seed port, and remove the blockage

(3) uneven seeding amount. Due to large changes in operation speed; Serious abrasion of seed scraping tongue; The outer sheave clamp is loose and the working length changes. Keep the operation speed constant; Replace the seed scraping tongue; Adjust the working length of the outer sheave and fix the clamp

(4) high seed crushing rate. High transmission speed due to fast operation speed; The seeding device is damaged; Does the size and shape of the seed metering wheel play its dominant role? On the other hand, the state is not suitable; The seed scraping tongue is too close to the seed metering wheel. The operation speed shall be reduced to keep a constant speed; Replace the seeding device; Change suitable seed metering wheel (disc); Adjust the spacing between the seed scraping tongue and the seed metering wheel

(5) insufficient seeding concentration. Insufficient pressure of grooving spring; The pull rod of the ditcher is deformed, making the soil penetration angle smaller. The spring shall be tightened to increase the pressure of the ditcher; Correct the pull rod of the ditcher and increase the penetration angle

(6) the ditcher is blocked. The precision seeder fell to the ground too hard; The soil is too wet; Back up after the ditcher is buried. Stop the machine to clean up the soil blocking of the trench opener; Timely sowing; Do not reverse during operation

(7) the soil covering is not tight. At the same time, the production cost is reduced due to improper angle of soil cover plate; Insufficient spring pressure of ditcher; If the soil is too hard, adjust the angle of the covering plate and tighten the spring to increase the pressure of the ditcher; Add the counterweight of the precision seeder
